It only makes sense that the Builder has the Remodeler or Handyman’s firsthand knowledge in repairing what is failing five, ten or one hundred years later so that it may be addressed upfront.  Conversely, the Remodeler or Handyman requires the knowledge of the Builder to fully understand the repercussions of their variations to the original design and structure.  A Designer benefits from the Builder and Remodeler’s knowledge of effective material usage and structural integrity just as the Designer’s understandings of flow and continuity are beneficial to all other parties.
