We say "hands-on" and we mean it. McMinn Company is designed around a simple concept that seems to be lost in this industry; the General Contractor is the person who builds your home.  There are no salesmen, estimators, schedulers, project managers, superintendents, foremen, etc in this company.  Our approach to building may not fit everyone, yet to our clients it means everything.
